SEALS

In general OEM seals are the highest quality available. We stock OEM seals in most cases. If they are not available we stock the next best choice. Many times we can save you quite a bit because of our high volume.

BUSHINGS

We stock OEM Bushings only. Even if you have a model without any available replacements, we may have them in stock. Do a Product Search to find the proper replacement.

HI-VOLUME RESERVOIR CAPS

Made of billet aluminum, increased nitrogen volume to help resist fading and Schrader valve for easy recharging and recessed for durability. For KYB Shock we have them in 40,46,52,57 and 64mm. For SHOWA Shocks we have them in 40.5, 48.5 and 54mm.

SHOCK LOWERING SPACERS

Internally installed on the shock shaft to lower the bike up to 4 inches. Not recommended for shocks with top-out springs. For 14, 16 and 18mm shock shafts. Includes a specific combination of 2 and 3mm thick spacers.

BOTTOM-OUT BUMPERS

Bottom-Out Bumpers are an often overlooked part of shock maintenance. Original equipment bumpers start breaking down immediately. They are typically effective over 25 to 33% of the suspension travel and particularly on a dirt bike can make a huge difference between a plush landing and one that's not so plush.

We have a complete line of replacement bladders for KYB and SHOWA shocks.

PIVOT WORKS BEARING KITS

Race Tech has Pivot Works linkage and shock bearing kits for modern dirt bikes and ATV's.

ULTRA SLICK GREASE

Race Tech Ultra Slick Grease provides Maximum Lubrication and Minimum Friction.

LTR450 CAPTURED NEEDLE BEARING

The Suzuki LTR450 stock shock needle bearing are not captured so they fall out easily. This replacement needle bearing is caged and  permanently solves the problem. p/n HMNB 162212

KYB FORK REBOUND HOLDER

This one replaces stripped KYB rebound holders so you don't have to buy a complete cartridge. We have all kinds of little tricks like this. If you've got wrecked parts it is quite likely we have a fix.

SHOWA DAMPING ROD REPAIR KIT

Ever stripped a Showa Twin-Chamber Damping Rod? This clever little nut has longer threads so you just cut longer threads on the rod with a die (not included) and install the new nut. Instant fix that is stronger than the original. p/n FSRK 121002

GSX-R1000 ADJUSTABLE SWINGARM PIVOTS

Improve traction and control on your Swingarm Pivot Inserts raise or lower the swingarm pivot 2mm. p/n CSPI S2002

FORK TANKS
