Shock Seal Head Rebuild WP These instructions cover most current WP Seal Heads. |

| NOTE - A SEAL HEAD REBUILD IS NOT REQUIRED UNLESS YOU ARE REPLACING THE SHOCK SHAFT SEALS AND/OR BUSHING. SH1 - Remove the top-out bumper by prying it out of its groove. |

| SH2 - Some models do not have the middle piece. Some have a top-out spring in addition to the rubber bumper. |

| SH3 - Remove the shock shaft oil seal, being careful not to damage the housing,... |

| SH4 - and plastic washers. |

| SH5 - Remove the dust seal by prying up in this slot. |

| SH6 - Inspect the shaft bushing and seal head O-ring. Replace them if they are damaged or worn. Bushing Drivers are available (TSBD Series). |

| SH7 - If the bushing is worn, use the Bushing Driver and a vice to press it out. |

| SH8 - Remove the old bushing. |

| SH9 - Install the new bushing... |

| SH10 - again using a vice and the Bushing Driver. |

| SH11 - This photo shows an exploded view of the seal head before assembly. |

| SH13 - Install the plastic washers and the oil seal. |

| SH14 - Install the flange washer |

| SH15 - Install the top-out bumper. |

| SH16 - Install the dust seal using a properly sized socket to push it in. |
