G3-S MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
HONDA ST1300

These are instructions for mounting the shock to the motorcycle. The shock has been preset for your weight, skill, and riding type.  The preset adjustments are listed on your Setup Sheet.

1.    Remove the stock shock absorber following the procedure in your Honda Service Manual.

2.    Replace the stock shock with your Race Tech Shock Absorber.

3.    Mount G3-S Shock as shown. Torque upper and lower Shock Bolts to factory specifications.

4.    Install G3-S Hydraulic Preload Adjuster using the same mounting position as the Stock unit.

5.    Inspect all mounting points for proper torque. Be sure that the Hydraulic Line cannot be damaged during operation.
