RACE TECH POLICIES
Championships, magazine articles and ads are obviously important in marketing our products and services but more important is satisfied customers. The key to our success has been word of mouth. I designed our policies to give our customers peace of mind as well as higher resale value for their bikes. These have been in place since 1984. I think you will like them.
- "New Owner Policy" - If you purchase any used bike that has Race Tech components installed, we will customize your valving settings at NO EXTRA CHARGE. All you pay for is a rebuild and parts.
- 90-Day Valving Guarantee - When you have Race Tech install Gold Valves in any Fork or Shock you have 90 days to test the settings with an option to have them readjusted to your liking, AT NO COST.
- 30 Day Warranty on Seals - Most of our seals are OEM. Even though we did not manufacture them we warrant them for 30 days after invoice date when installed by the Race Tech Service Department.
- Email Address Confidentiality - Your email address will remain confidential and will NEVER be shared in any way with anyone, EVER!
- Returns Policy
• All returns MUST be pre-approved
• No Returns on Custom Products i.e. G3-S Shocks, G2-R Cartridges, Powder Coating, and Custom Springs
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) paperwork must be included
• 20% Restocking Fee
• Returns allowed up to 30 days from purchase
• Returns Only allowed on product purchased directly from Race Tech
• All returned items will be inspected upon arrival before refund is issued
• Refunds available only on complete, as-new condition product
