G3-S Mounting Instructions Yamaha FZ-1 2001-2005 These are instructions for mounting the shock to the motorcycle. The shock has been preset for your weight, skill, and riding type. 	1. Remove stock Shock Absorber according to the procedures in the Yamaha Service Manual.
	2. With stock Shock Absorber and shock linkage assembly removed install the G3-S shock through the bottom of the Swing Arm. 3. Note position of G3-S as it passes through the Swing Arm, turning the shock sideways as shown will ease installation.
	4. With G3-S shock facing the rear of the motorcycle install Upper shock Bolt and torque to factory specifications.
	5. Install Linkage and Lower Shock Bolt. Torque all fasteners to factory specifications. Have Fun! Go Ride!
	The shock is preset for you. Please check the sag before you ride.
