GOLD VALVE KITS - Fork and Shock
Race Tech's award winning Gold Valve Kits for Forks and Shocks provide a personalized setup. Gold Valves have an improved flow design that dramatically reduces harshness while actually increasing bottoming resistance (as shown with data acquisition). These Kits can be installed by individuals interested in understanding and tuning their own suspension or they can be installed by a Race Tech Center or Race Tech's Service Department. The Kits include Valving Shims and DVS Custom Setup Sheet for the individual rider and conditions.

Race Tech's award winning Gold Valve Emulator Kits for Damping Rod Forks provide the compression damping curve of a well tuned cartridge fork. Gold Valves Emulators improve oil flow dramatically reducing harshness while actually increasing bottoming resistance.

SPRING CONVERSIONS for AIR FORKS
The Race Tech Spring Conversion System (SCS) transforms your air spring forks found on Kawasaki KX450, Suzuki RMZ450, Honda CRF250 and KTM/Husqvarna WP AER 48 to a coil spring setup.
Most riders prefer the feel of a coil spring over an air spring. The RT SCS is a set it and forget it solution. These kits are designed to transform your air forks into an SFF (single function fork) style coil spring fork. Be sure to select the proper rate RT Hi-Performance Spring (sold separately) to compliment your RT Spring Conversion System. FORK BOTTOMING SEPARATORS
Add increased bottoming resistance and damping control on the second half of the stroke. Now available from Race Tech are Bottoming Separators for Showa TAC forks, Showa SFF Spring Forks, and Show Triple-Air Forks.
Race Tech has two variations, one for Motocross and one for Supercross to control damping and prevent from blowing through the stroke. These bottoming separators are reversable to provide two positions of engagement with 20mm of difference.

Fork Tube & Shock Body Hard Anodizing
Hard anodizing is a treatment for aluminum surfaces only. Many of today's stock forks come with the aluminum outer tubes hard anodized from the factory; however, the coating is many times very thin - wearing through in less than 10 hours of riding. Once worn, bushings ride on soft aluminum creating friction and an inconsistent feel.

SHOCK REBOUND SEPARATOR VALVE
Rebound Separator Valves replace the Shock Shaft Nut and with an asymmetric valve that flows through the Low-Speed Rebound Adjuster. This means Low-Speed Rebound Damping can be set for excellent traction while keeping the Compression nice and firm. This dramatically increases traction while giving better bottoming resistance.
SHOCK RESERVOIR CAPS
RT Reservoir Caps are anodized billet aluminum and comes with a recessed (protected) Schrader Valve or, as in the case of the YZ450, a sealed Nitrogen Needle port. Many of these caps provide more nitrogen volume and are easy to service.
SHOCK BLADDER CONVERSIONS
RT Bladder Conversions replace the stock reservoir piston with a bladder. Found on many aftermarket shocks including WP. These kits make servicing the shock easier as well as improving small bump harshness.
19mm SHOCK SHAFT KITS for SX / AX / FMX
The stock 16mm shock shafts found on most modern stock shocks are at risk of bending under the extreme circumstances of modern Supercross, Arenacross and Freestyle competition. Thus the Race Tech Pro Series 19mm Shock Shaft Kit was born, and ultra-durable shock shaft to withstand the rigors of Supercross and Freestyle. The RT Shaft Kit is 40% stronger than stock shafts! The RT Pro Series Shock Shaft Kits also include a built in Rebound Separator, and a spring top out (instead of the stock hydraulic setup for KYB units). This provides a more free initial movement for less harshness.
